- if the audience at a inside gig is more than 10 mtrs away
- to a audience less than 25
- while people are eating in a break
- while other music being played through a pub or club music system
- in cold and wet weather where no heating or protection supplied
- in a position where the band is difficult to see
- where the band are subject to abuse and/or aggressive behavior
- when there is any disorder
